1. When will the service interruption begin and end?
The service interruption will begin on December 15, 2023. Please sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date on when the website will resume normal operations in 2024.

2. If I order something before the service interruption, will it still be delivered while the service interruption is in place?
We recommend you place your order before the service interruption. The last possible date to place an order online is December 14. Orders placed before this date will still be delivered while the interruption is in place.

3. Can I return items during the service interruption?
Yes, the return process remains the same for orders made on or before December 14th. Items that are to be returned need to be in the dealerships hands by January 31st. Any items that are returned to dealerships after that date will not be accepted.

4. How can I buy BRP products during the service interruption?
You will not be able to order online via BRP's websites during this service interruption. You can, however, still purchase BRP products at your local dealership. You can also add items to your wishlist so that you can save them and purchase them later once the website resumes normal operations. You'll need to create an account in order to use the Wishlist feature.

5. If I add items to my cart, will they still be there once the service interruption is lifted?
The Add to Cart feature will be unavailable during the service interruption. We recommend you use our Wishlist feature instead in order to save the items you're interested in purchasing for a later date.

6. Will I get my ordered items in time for Christmas and Boxing Day?
The last possible date to place an order online is December 14; however, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas as it depends on your location as well as the dealer fulfilling your order.

7. Why is there a service interruption, and what will be changed?
We're revamping our online store to provide you with a better shopping experience.  This unfortunately requires a temporary interruption of the add-to-cart and checkout features while we transition to our new experience. Browsing features remain available for your convenience during the transition period.

You can still browse products on the website as you normally would. You just won't be able to place an order.
